Ranjit Singh, J.—Copy of the short reply by way of affidavit is handed over in the Court by Mr. Nehra and is taken on record. One of the prayer made in the writ petition was not to stop the Grant-in-Aid given to Respondent No. 4 for aided posts and for direction to Respondents No. 1 and 2 to take over the management of the school and appoint as Administrator to manage the affairs of the school u/s 10 of the Haryana School Act, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as an ''Act''). It is disclosed in the affidavit that on the basis of various complaints filed by some local residents against the President of the school, the inquiry was conducted which revealed that Kanya Gurukul Sr. Section School, Shadipur Jullana (Jind) has failed to perform its duties, as per the provision of law from time to time. After issuing show cause notice to the President of the school and on obtaining his reply which was not found satisfactory, the Respondent Government has decided to take over the management of the school in exercise of power u/s 10 of the Act. Mr. Nehra also submits that in regard to the remaining relief as claimed in the writ petition, the Petitioner may now file representation before the Administrator, which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. This approach appears to be fair. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the direction to the Petitioner to approach the Administrator for the remaining grievances.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
