On oral request made by counsel for the State, the main case which is fixed for 21.12.2020, is taken up today for hearing.

Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned notice dated 11.02.2020 vide which 03 members committee has been constituted to replace the petitioner from another set of employees.

It is stated in the petition that the petitioner was initially appointed on 01.09.2016 and her services were extended from time to time.

Reply by way of affidavit of District Ayurvedic Officer, Palwal on behalf of respondents No.1, 4 and 5, is filed in the Court and as per the reply, it is stated that the salary of the petitioner till August, 2020 has already been released and therefore, the petition deserves to be dismissed having been rendered infructuous.

Counsel for the State has further stated that the respondents have constituted a Committee just to select the outsourcing agency for further appointments. In para 3 of the reply, it is also stated that the petitioner is a part-time employee and is not replaced by any other part-time employee.

In view of the statement made by counsel for the State that the petitioner is paid the salary till date; the Committee was constituted to select a new outsourcing agency for further appointment and that the petitioner is a part-time employee and is not replaced by any other part time employee, no further action is called for.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
