Judgment
In furtherance of the previous Order dated 21.10.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner insurance co. submits, on instructions, that the insurance co. wishes to withdraw its instant revision petition.
The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, without the option to file it again before this Commission.
Learned counsel for the petitioner insurance co. further submits, on instructions, that the Award contained in the District Forum's Order dated 01.04.2016 will be complied with within six weeks from today, without fail.
Needless to add that the District Forum shall undertake execution of its Order in its entirety, as per the law, on expiry of six weeks from today.
The amount deposited by the petitioner insurance co. with the State Commission in compliance of this Commission's Order dated 12.10.2017 may be sent by the State Commission to the District Forum, alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, towards satisfaction of the Award, within seven days.
Let a copy each of this Order be sent to the District Forum, to the State Commission and to the respondent complainant Nalini Goyal by the Registry within seven days.
