1.

The present Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 06.07.2013, passed by the Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Thiruvananthapuram (hereinafter referred to as "the State Commission").

2.

As per the office report, there was a delay of 102 days in filing the present Revision Petition. On 21.08.2014, when the matter was taken up, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that she would be filing better Application seeking condonation of delay and the matter was adjourned. Again, when the matter was taken up on 05.12.2014, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner prayed for adjournment to file better Application for condonation of delay and a last opportunity was granted. On 11.02.2015, when the matter was taken up, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner for reasons not known to us submitted that she is not filing better Application for condonation of delay.

3.

The Revision Petition was admitted on 20.07.2015 subject to limitation.

4.

In the absence of better Application seeking condonation of delay, we are of the considered opinion that the Petitioner has failed to explain sufficient cause for condonation of delay.

5.

The Application seeking condonation of delay is therefore rejected, taking into consideration the conduct of the Petitioner. Firstly seeking time to file better Application seeking condonation of delay and subsequently stating that the Petitioner does not want to file any better Application for condonation of delay.

6.

Consequently, the Revision Petition is also rejected.

7.

Before parting, we may mention here that the Petitioner herein is United India Insurance Co. Ltd., a public section undertaking and the conduct of the Petitioner cannot be appreciated at all.
