Issue notice to the respondents returnable by four weeks.

Private notice is also permitted.

There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit entire award amount along with proportionate accrued interest and costs to the credit of MCOP No.98 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tenkasi/Additional District Court(FTC) Tenkasi., within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.

On such deposit being made, the major claimants 1, 4,5 and 6 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount as per the ratio of apportionment made by the Tribunal, by making necessary application before the Tribunal. The Tribunal shall deposit the share of the minor claimants 2 and 3 / respondents 2 and 3 in any one of the Nationalized bank in a Fixed Deposit initially for a period of three years and renewable thereafter, till the minors attain majority and the mother of the minor claimants/1st respondent is permitted to withdraw the accrued interest once in three months directly from the bank.
