ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the financial creditor appears. CA(IB) 39/KB/20 is filed by the RP under section 12A of IBC for withdrawal of the main CP on the ground that the matter has been settled. We perused records. CoC in its meeting dated 30.12.2019 passed resolution by 100% votes to withdraw the application. We accept the prayer. Application stands withdrawn. Hence, CA(IB) 29/KB/20 stands withdrawn and disposed off as being settled.
