Heard the Restoration Application No.1/2021. The present application has been filed by SFIO seeking restoration of the main Company Petition bearing CP No.7/2013 which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 23rd July, 2018. Although, the number assigned to this restoration application is of 2021 but it is verified by Court Officer from the file that actually this application for restoration was filed vide Diary No.735 dated 03.10.2018.
Keeping in view the grounds mentioned in the application which is supported by an affidavit, it is allowed and main Company Petition bearing CP No.7/2013 which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 23.07.2018 is hereby restored to its original number.
Accordingly, this Restoration Application No.01/2021 is allowed and disposed of.
Let the notice of the main company petition bearing CP No.7/2013 be given to the other side within three weeks.
The matter be listed on 28th September, 2022.
