Judgment
M. S. Jawalkar, J
Heard Ms. Asha Desai, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the applicants and Mr. Vinoj Daniel, learned Counsel for the petitioner/non-applicant.
Learned Senior Standing Counsel Ms. Asha Desai, submits that for want of supporting documents delay caused in concluding pre-consultation process.
On the other hand, learned Counsel for the petitioner/non -applicant submitted that he has submitted documents on 05.11.2021 as per letter dated 02.11.2021 of the Department.
In view thereof, learned Senior Standing Counsel Ms. Asha Desai for the applicants submits that the pre-consultation will be concluded within 15 days on statement of the petitioner that he has submitted all the documents on 05.11.2021 as per letter dated 02.11.2021.
In view thereof, the extension of 15 days from today is granted to conclude the pre-consultation proceedings.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
Parties to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
