Learned Counsel for the Appellant and Respondents are present.
From the perusal of the Order dated 17.06.2021, this Tribunal was informed that four appeals have been preferred before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the part of the Judgement dated 13th April, 2021 delivered by this Tribunal and the matter was directed to be listed on 10th September, 2021 under the heading 'For Direction'.
But on that date the Bench was not available so this matter is listed today under the heading 'For Directions' to settling the date.
Today, when the case was called out Learned Counsel for the Appellant inform this Tribunal that the matter was likely to be listed on 12th August, 2021 but did not find any place in the final list of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
So, list this matter on 17th November, 2021 under the heading 'For Direction'. On that date, Learned Counsel for the Parties will inform this Court about the status of the appeals pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
