This is a petition seeking review of judgment dated 10.08.2018 passed by this Court in MA No. 520/2010 along with cross objections filed by the applicant. It is contended that in MA No. 520/2010, the applicant had filed CCROS No. 44/2010 whereas this Court erroneously referred to and decided CCROS No. 43/2010 which had been filed in another appeal bearing MA No. 519/2010.
I have gone through the record and find that the aforesaid error is only a typographical error. Accordingly, in exercise of the power vested in this Court by virtue of Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the aforesaid error is corrected. It is provided that MA No. 520/2010 shall be read to have been decided along with CCROS No. 44/2010, whereas CCROS No. 43/2010 which were erroneously shown to have been decided, are recalled and shall be taken up along with MA No. 519/2010.
Registry to set the record straight. In the judgment passed by this Court on 10.08.2018, in the cause title CCROS No. 43/2010 shall be read as and substituted by CCROS No. 44/2010. Rest of the judgment, however, shall remain unchanged.

The amount, if deposited in this Court shall be released in favour of the claimants upon the identification and verification in terms of judgment dated 10.08.2018.
Accordingly, CM No. 2032/2020 is disposed of.
