After some hearing, Mr. Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned Senior Panel Counsel for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw this writ petition as he intends to move the Central Administrative Tribunal by way of review application.

Accordingly, leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
