Mr. Jetly, at the outset, very fairly submits that as the respondent is entitled to the reliefs granted by the Tribunal in law, the petitioner merely seeks extension of time to comply with the order passed by the Tribunal.

With the consent of parties, this writ petition is disposed of, by extending the time for compliance with the order passed by the Tribunal within eight weeks from today.
