After some haring, Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition as he submits that he would be filing a review before the Tribunal.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty, as aforesaid.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the disputes.
