Judgment
The main case as propounded by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was that the petitioner was granted license vide order dated 03-02-
2020 but the same was cancelled vide order dated 14-02-2020 without any notice being given to the petitioner.
Sufficient time was granted to the respondents for filing counter in the matter although counter has been filed on behalf of the private respondent. No
counter has so far been filed on behalf of the IMC which is incumbent to explain the allegations. On 10-12-2020 this court passed an order granting
three weeks’ time as last opportunity for filing counter and one more opportunity was granted on 18-01-2021 for filing rejoinder by the petitioner to
the counter filed on behalf of the private respondent.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, it has been submitted by Shri Y. Nirmolchand, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the IMC that he
has got some personal difficulties today.
In view thereof and in the interest of justice, list the matter on 08-02-2021 for disposal whether counter is filed or not on behalf of the respondent,
IMC.
An endeavour shall be made to dispose of the matter on the next date itself.
Copies of this order shall be sent to the counsels appearing for the parties through their WhatsApp/e-mail.
