O R D E R
This Tribunal has admitted the Corporate Debtor herein in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under section 7 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, vide order dated 11.11.2022 passed in CP (IB) No.149/7/HDB/2022. We, therefore direct the Operational Creditor to approach the IRP appointed in CP (IB) No.149/7/HDB/2022 and the IRP is directed to receive the claim from the petitioner herein and proceed as per the provisions of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Liberty is given to the Operational Creditor herein to approach this Tribunal in the event the matter is settled or set aside between the parties in CP (IB) No.149/7/HDB/2022 under the provisions of the Code. With these directions, CP(IB) No. 187/9/HDB/2022 is disposed of.
