ORDER

Ld. Counsel for the parties present. Vide Order dated 14.10.2019 in CP(IB)-3991(MB)/2018, CIRP has already been commenced against the Corporate Debtor. In view of this, nothing survives in the present Company Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous with liberty granted to the Operational Creditor to file his claim before IRP appointed in the matter.
