ORDER
This is an application seeking to withdraw the CIRP process on the ground that the company is not traceable and the there are no assets in the company and directors are absconding. In the said circumstances as contended in the application no purpose will be served if the CIRP process is to be continued rather it would be a counter productive exercise In view of these situations the RP is allowed to withdraw the application.
Accordingly, this application U/sec. 12 (A) is allowed.
And C.P. also disposed off.
