Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

This application has been filed by the petitioner-Ullash Kabu for extension of time to approach the Sessions Court and returning the certified copy

of the impugned order.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, the prayer for extension of time to approach the Sessions Court is extended for fifteen days more.

Rest part of the order dated 2.8.2021 passed in CRLREV No.184 of 2021 remains unaltered.

Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner by substituting the xerox copy thereof. If the certified

copy of the impugned order has not been filed, the true copy thereof, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, shall be entertained by the

Sessions Court.

With the aforesaid order, this I.A is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
