CA(IB)No.1474/KB/2019 is filed for setting aside the CIRP order passed by this Bench in CP(IB)No.1472/KB/2019 vide order dated 1st November, 2019 on the ground that matter is settled in between the parties and entire amount has been paid to the Operational Creditor. Operational Creditor has no objection to this. In view of this, CA(IB)No.1474/KB/2019 is allowed and the main Company Petition stands disposed of.
The Ld. IRP requested for passing appropriate order of payment of her fees. It appears an initial amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) has been paid to the IRP which was not yet accounted for by the IRP by producing the necessary proof of expenditure. The Ld. IRP is directed to file appropriate application for payment of remaining fee, if any, after submitting relevant proofs of expenditure.
