Judgment

1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.715 of 2020 registered at MHB Police Station, Borivali (West), Mumbai for the offences under
Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 409 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Section 66(c ) and (d) of the IT Act.
2] The main accused Shefali is already granted protection under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code by this Court on 24/12/2020 so also other
co-accused.
3] The only allegation against the Applicant is of receipt of the amount from Accused No.1 towards payment of the hand-loan taken by the said
accused from the Applicant.
4] The learned APP in response to the court's query informs that chargesheet in the matter will be filed within a period of two weeks from today.
5] In the aforesaid backdrop, in my opinion, as investigation is complete, the case for grant of bail is made out. 6] Applicant is directed to be released
on bail in C.R. No.715 of 2020 registered with MHB Police Station, Borivali (West), Mumbai on executing P.R. Bond of Rs 15,000/- with one or two
sureties in the like BDP-SPS 3/3 28 BA 1676.21.doc amount. In case, presence of the Applicant is required in the Police Station, it shall be open to
the Investigating Officer to issue 24 hours notice to the Applicant to that effect. Applicant shall not influence the witnesses or tamper with the
evidence. If noticed, prosecution will be entitled to move for cancellation of the bail of the Applicant.
