whose behalf this counter is being filed. However, today on our query as to whether Mr. S.R Swain,Advocate is representing respondent No.5 as
well, he states that he is not representing this respondent.
Since a specific relief has been claimed against respondent No.5, as such, he has to be served in individual capacity. Applicant to take necessary
steps within three days by filing fresh process fee and getting respondent No.5 served through speed post returnable on 18.10,2019.
