COMMON ORDER
The Applicant is represented by the Ld. Counsel Mr. Krishna Srinivasan and the Ld. IRP is represented by Mr. V.Mahesh through video conferencing mode.
IA/918(CHE)/2021 has been filed for amendment of the CIN of the Corporate Debtor and the same is allowed.
It is stated that since the matter has been settled between the parties in IA/1156(CHE)/2021 and filed Form FA has also been filed by the RP on 29.11.2021. The said Form is taken on record. Accordingly, the CIRP is closed as prescribed under the IBBI Regulations.
The Corporate Debtor shall be managed by its own Board of Directors. Hence, IBA/393/2020 stands closed.
