There is a serious allegation by Mr. Dalai, learned counsel for the Petitioner that in spite of giving a scope of filing objection / suggestion through

Annexure-3 and a duly constituted objection being submitted by the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 with endorsement of receipt of the same in the Office

of the Collector, Khurda, there is no consideration of the same by the competent authority and there has been final publication of the reserve list.

Since the writ Petition is taken up at admission stage Mr. Routray, learned Senior Advocate and Mr. Parija, learned Advocate General being

assisted by Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate seek some time to go through the record and answer on the allegation made by

the Petitioner regarding consideration, if any.

List this matter on Monday (10th January, 2022) at 2.00 P.M. If possible, a short affidavit may be filed in the meantime..
