1.

THE petitioner, who has filed all these separate Original Petitions, is not present when the cases are called for admission hearing. On going through the Petitions, we find that out of these petitions filed by the same person as petitioner/ complainant, five complaints have been filed against judicial officers of different courts in the State of Tamil Nadu in respect of judicial orders passed by them and the sixth petition is directed against the President of the State Commission, Madras.

2.

THE petitioner has sought the recovery of various amounts by way of compensation from the officers impleaded as opposite parties. In our opinion these petitions are totally frivolous and even objectionable in their contents. We strongly deprecate the tendency of parties to abuse the process of the Redressal Forums constituted under the Consumer Protection Act by taking undue advantage of the fact that no Court Fee is payable in respect of proceedings initiated under the Act. These petitions are dismissed as frivolous and vexatious.
