Judgment
P. Sathasivam, J.—The petitioner by name T.S.G. Ramzan Begum, has filed this petition, seeking direction to the respondents for
production of her children and to hand over them to her.
Pursuant to our direction, both the children, viz., Nagoor Meeran and Parveen Banu appeared before us. We enquired them, who are aged
about 15 and 13 years respectively. They expressed that they are willing to go along with their mother, the petitioner herein, who is also present
before this Court. They informed that, though they were taken by the first respondent, their paternal uncle, now they wish to live their mother, the
petitioner herein. We also enquired the first respondent. He fairly expressed that depending on the wish of the children, he is ready to abide by the
order of this Court.
In view of the desire of the minor children, we permit both the detenus namely Nagoor Meeran and Parveen Banu to go along with the petitioner
and continue their education. With the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered.
