Judgment
Before the hearing of the appeals could start the learned senior counsel for the respondent pointed out of the defect in the prayer clause in the
memo of appeal. Considering the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the appellant has prayed for an adjournment in order to rectify the defect.
Permission granted. Let an amendment application be filed seeking to amend the relief clause. The same may be done within two weeks from today.
List this appeal for orders on 21st February, 2022.

We direct that since the appellants have deposited a sum of Rs.28 lakhs no further recovery shall be made against them during the pendency of the
appeal. The application is disposed of.

conferencing or through physical hearing.
