Judgment
Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 21.07.2022, the Tahsildar, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, [3rd respondent] has filed a status report, dated 26.08.2022, wherein, it is stated in paragraph No.6 as follows :
" It is submitted that already encroachment made by the 4th respondent removed on 17.08.2022 itself, as per the process total extent of 3 acres of encroachment made by the 4th respondent entirely removed by the Revenue Officials, Other encroachers in the above survey number all constructed residential houses and residing in the same. However, the notice to remove the encroachment on the side of the BDO, Ilayangudi Block was issued on 28.03.2022 itself. I respectfully submit before this Hon'ble Court that the process of Peace Committee Meeting conducted on 12.08.2022 and all the encroachers had given opportunity.
Therefore, I prayed this Hon'ble Court kindly grant sufficient time to issue notice as per the procedure under Tamil Nadu land Encroachment Act, 1905."
In view of the above, post the matter on 23.09.2022.
