The Respondent is represented through learned PCS.
One Mr. Wali Haider filed a withdrawal application for withdrawal of CP (IB) 720/2019 claiming himself to be the authorized signatory.
On perusal of the records, it is found that the application under Section 9 of the IB Code being numbered as CP (IB) 720/2019 is filed by Mr. Wali Haider being authorized signatory in view of the board resolution passed on 20.06.2019, which said board resolution is annexed at page no.140 of the application.
In view of the said authorization, the withdrawal pursues so filed by Mr. Wali Haider is allowed.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 720/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
