Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:
(i) That the writ of certiorari may kindly be issued by quashing and setting aside the advertisement dated 29.7.2010, Annexure P-4, being wrong and illegal.
(ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the post of Electrician and offer the appointment to the petitioner without any bar of age.
According to the petitioner, he being oustee and belonging to the State of Himachal Pradesh, the outer age limit should have been 45 years since it is 45 years in the State of Himachal Pradesh for public employment, wherein in the recruitment process, conducted by the H.P.S.E.B. the outer age is 45 years. It is also submitted that by prescription of outer age at 35 years, qualified, experienced and eligible persons, like the petitioner, will be put to irreparable injury. All these aspects, the petitioner may bring to the notice of the 3rd respondent seeking appropriate relaxation. In the event of such an attempt being made by the petitioner, appropriate action in accordance with law and justice in the matter will be taken by the 3rd respondent expeditiously.
The writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
