Judgment
P.V.Kunhikrishnan, J
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers;
“i. A writ in the nature of Certiorari or other appropriate writ to call for all the records leading to Ext. P6 and then to quash Ext.P6 notice dated 12.09.2011 issued by
the 1st respondent.
ii. A writ in the nature of Mandamus or other appropriate writ directing the 1st respondent not to proceed with Ext.P6.
iii. To issue appropriate orders of directions to stay Ext. P6 notice.
iv. To issue such other orders or directions that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and necessary in the interest of justice.
v. To award exemplory cost.â€
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, subsequent to Ext.P6, re survey proceedings is going on in this area. In such circumstances,
according to the petitioner, Ext.P6 will not stand now. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in the light of the re survey proceedings
which is already going on, this writ petition can
be closed.
In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
