Judgment
A. Guneshwar Sharma, J
[1] Heard Mr. Th. Loyangamba, learned counsel for the applicant; and Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for the respondent.
[2] The present application is filed under Section 152 CPC for correcting the typographical mistake in the cause-title of the order dated 07.07.2023 passed by this Court in Cril. Petition No. 55 of 2022.
[3] Mr. Anjan Prasad Sahu, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that the application may be allowed as it does not change any substantive order. The application filed under Section 152 of CPC is treated as an application under Section 362 Cr.P.C. for correction of clerical mistake in the order.
[4] Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.
[5] The surname of the petitioner in the cause-title is corrected as ‘Thongram’ instead of ‘Thongam’ as written in the order dated 07.07.2023.
[6] With these observations, the application is allowed and disposed of.
[7] Sent a copy of this order to the learned CJM, Bishnupur, for information.
