Judgment
KH. Nobin Singh, J
In compliance with the order dated 28-09-2021, an affidavit-in-opposition on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 has been filed in W.P. (C) No. 32 of 2021. It has been submitted by Shri S. Nepolean, learned Government Advocate that counter filed in W.P. (C) No. 32 of 2021 shall be adopted in respect of all the remaining writ petitions. Ms. Tejpriya, learned Advocate is stated to have filed an affidavit dated 08-10-2021 in terms of the order dated 28-09-2021, which is on record. Cost of Rs. 10000/- (rupees ten thousand) as directed by this court is also stated to have been paid to the petitioners.
Shri Momo, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners prays that he may be given some time for filing rejoinder to the counter filed on behalf of the respondents.
Prayer is allowed.
