R. Subbiah, J.—The Writ Petition is filed directing the official Respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the Respondents 7 to 9 who are President, Vice President and Panchayat Assistant of Piramanampatti Panchayat respectively.

2.

The main grievance of the Petitioner in this Writ petition is that the Respondents 7 to 9, by using their official position committed the offence of misappropriation.

3.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader reported that action was already taken and the seventh Respondent was removed from the post of President and that a Government notification was also issued and to that effect, a copy of the notification was also produced before us for perusal.

4.

Since we find that the seventh Respondent was already removed, we are of the opinion that the writ Petitioner has got the substantial relief. Under the circumstances, we are of considered opinion that there is no need to deliberate further in this Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader. No costs.
