This is an application for Modification of the Judgment and Order dated 07.08.2026, passed in W.P(C) No. 229 of 2026.
Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI on behalf of the applicants submits that as the contracts are demanded, supplied and accounted on monthly basis as per the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal(RFP), to ensure continued supply of rations, he prays that the contract be extended till the month end i.e. on 31.08.2026.
As the prayer is reasonable, the order dated 07.08.2026, shall stand modified to the extent that the fresh contract shall commence from 01.09.2026.
Misc. Application accordingly is allowed and disposed of.
