The appeal is barred by limitation. The delay is of 172 days.

By consent of Mr.V.Sreenidhi, learned additional government advocate appearing for the appellants, the appeal is taken up for final disposal.

This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated September 14, 2015, passed in Writ Petition No.8790 of 2014.

By the order impugned, the Hon''ble Single Judge, inter alia, directed the authorities to consider the case of the writ petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.

Mr.V.Sreenidhi, informs that the case of the writ petitioner was considered and subsequently, an order was passed on December 22, 2015.

We feel that this appeal has become infructuous, as the order impugned in this appeal has, since, been complied with.

The application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal is dismissed. Consequently, the appeal is, also, dismissed.

In view of dismissal of the appeal, the pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration and is, also, dismissed.

We make no order as to costs.
