This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to accept Form-6 and Form-7, which is submitted by the petitioner's society on 30.07.2026 within a time to be fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials placed before this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have kept the Form-6 and Form-7 applications submitted by the petitioner's society on 30.07.2026 pending indefinitely, without taking any further action thereon.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the Form-6 and Form-7 submitted by the petitioner society will be considered in accordance with law.

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the Form-6 and Form-7 applications submitted by the petitioner society, on their own merits, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other concerned parties, if necessary, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and it is open to the respondents to consider the same independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
