IA-3428/2022: This is an Application filed by the Liquidator seeking extension of one year time for completion of the Liquidation Process as per the provisions of the Regulation 44 (2) of the Regulations.

In view of the above submissions made by the Counsel for the Liquidator, one year time is granted from 22.09.2022 to 21.09.2023 for completion of the Liquidation Process. Accordingly, IA-3428/2022 is allowed and disposed of.
