ORDER
Ld. Counsel Mr. M. Praveen Kumar appears for the Applicant. Ld. Counsel Ms. Varsha appears for the Respondent.
Ld. Counsel for the Applicant says that he does not want to file rejoinder in the matter. Accordingly, opportunity to file rejoinder stands closed.
It is stated by Counsel for the Applicant that proposals approved by the Applicant Branch has been sent to Head Office for consideration. The same may take time. Counsel for the Applicant seeks one week time in the matter. It is also seen that reply has been filed by the Respondent on 21.10.2022. During the hearing, this Bench wanted to continue the matter and pass necessary orders. However, Counsel for the Applicant and the Respondent vehemently requested to adjourn the matter for a period of two weeks to finalize the acceptance of OTS proposal of Corporate Debtor.
Accordingly, at the request of the Applicant and Respondent, this matter stands adjourned to 08.12.2022 for further hearing.
The Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to IBBI for their information and record.
If the matter is not withdrawn on the next date of hearing, the same will be considered for admission / necessary order.
