Judgment
P. Sathasivam, J.—The above review applications have been filed against the order dated 22.04.2004 made in W.A. Nos. 221 and 222 of
1999 in and by which the Division Bench confirmed the order of the learned single Judge, quashing the show cause notice on the gr he same is hit
by second proviso to Sub-section (1) of Section 87 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983. Now, learned Special Government Pleader
seeks permission/liberty to proceed against the respondent u/s 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act or to seek any remedy as per
law.
On this ground, we are not inclined to entertain the above review applications. However, it is made clear that if any of the provisions of the Co-
operative Societies Act enables the Department to proceed against the respondent, and if the ermissible they are free to proceed in accordance
with law.
With the above observation, these review applications are dismissed. Consequently, connected WAMP., is also dismissed.
