Vijender Jain, J.—Mr. Tandon says that the writ petition can be disposed of as the prayer sought in the writ petition, particularly, prayer (iii) was for removal of the name of Arya Samaj Gobind Puri, Kaljaji, New Delhi from the record of the Registrar Cooperative Society by cancelling the registration no. S/26501 dated 12th August, 1994. It has been directed by the Registrar that EDP programme shall delete the name of this Society from the list of Registrar Cooperative Societies and the fact of dissolution of the Society namely Arya Samaj Gobind Puri, Kaljaji, New Delhi bearing Registration No. S/26501 has been placed on record in view of the orders passed by the Registrar Cooperative Societies.

Writ petition is allowed and same stands disposed of. Copy of the order passed by the Registrar dated 30th August, 2005 which we have been shown by the learned counsel appearing for the Registrar Co-operative Society be placed on record. Copy of the same be also given to the counsel for the petitioner.
