Judgment
Mr.Issac Mohanlal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the Honourable Supreme Court of India by its
proceedings, dated 24.3.2017, posted the Writ Petition(s)(Civil) No.102 of 2017 for hearing on 20.4.2017 and the learned Senior Counsel
appearing for the second respondent/Medical Council of India, New Delhi would submit that the issues that are raised in the Writ Petition is also
connected with the Writ Petition pending before this Court. Therefore, the Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that they are
now proposing to approach the Honourable Supreme Court, New Delhi, in respect of the relief prayed for in the present Writ Petition.
2.In view of the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, no orders are necessary to be passed in these Writ
Petitions. Therefore the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that he would advise the counsel on record to withdraw these Writ
Petitions, giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court, if there is any necessity in future.
3.In view of the same, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the Petitioner is given liberty to approach this Court, in case,
any necessity arises in future. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
