This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Gokulraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Veranthiran, Government Advocate for the ist respondent, this Court made the following order:
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner had already submitted his arguments. Only to hear the de-facto Complainant, notice was served and also received by the complainant. The name of the complainant was printed in the cause list.
The learned Government Advocate submitted that the de-complainant in the F.I.R is a practicing Lawyer in Tirunelveli.
Recording the same, this Court is giving a chance for the de-facto complainant to appear before this Court and offer his explanation, failing which the matter will be ordered on the basis of the merit after recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. If the attitude of the complainant is found non courtesy, stritches may be passed against him attracting disciplinary proceedings through the Bar counsel for violation of professional ethics and etiquette.
