Kurian Joseph, C.J.—a) That writ of mandamus be issued directing the Respondent to pay the benefits of the uninterrupted services rendered w.e.f. 19.11.1990 to 15.11.1994 by the Petitioner to the Respondent department, to the Petitioner along with all consequential benefits with interest.

The Petitioner claim the benefit of ad hoc/tenure service followed by regular service for the purpose of pension and increments. According to the Petitioner, the issue is covered in his favour by the judgments of this Court rendered in LPA 36 of 2010, Sita Ram v. State of H.P. and CWP No. 4550 of 2010, Ravi Kumar v. State of H.P. and Anr. It is for the Respondents to examine the matter. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondents concerned to examine the matter in the light of the judgments referred to above and take appropriate action thereon within a period of four months from the date of the production of copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgments, referred to above.

The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
