Judgment
Learned Mr. Sharath Sampath for Petitioner and Learned Mr. Naimish Tripathi for Respondent in B.P Nos. 119 of 2018, B.P No. 120 of 2018, B.P No. 121 of 2018 as well as B.P No. 123 of 2018 are present. Review Application No. 11 of 2019 with B.P No. 120 of 2018 and E.A No. 11 of 2019, as well as E.A No. 12 of 2019 and Review Application No. 10 of 2019 with B.P No. 121 of 2018 and E.A No. 13 of 2019 with B.P No. 123 of 2018 are being said to have been disposed of, including E.A No. 11 of 2019 transferred to Court at Lucknow for its execution. But the same had been given in the list.
Office is being directed to ensure that in future disposed of applications be not be listed for disposal i.e. a proper listing is to be made.
A further time is being requested by both side for filing their written submissions. Let written submissions, by both side, after exchange in between, be filed positively, within three weeks.
