O R D E R
IA(I.B.C)/1103(KB)2022 & CONT.A. (IBC)/7(KB)2023
This application has been filed by the applicant under section 60(5) of the IBC,2016 read with Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules 2016 for the following reliefs:-
i.To allow this application;
ii.To declare closure of the CIRP process of C.P(IB) No. 1898/KB/2019 given the facts and circumstances of the instant case.
iii.To direct the respondent to pay the fee and expenses incurred / to be incurred by the IRP, applicant herein, amounting to Rs. 1,70,170/-
It is submitted by the IRP that during pendency of this application, the Respondent/Operational Creditor has paid the entire dues of the IRP and she wishes to withdraw the present application. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of along with Main CP and CONT.A. (IBC)/7(KB)2023.
