M A. No. 355 of 2022
This application has been preferred by the decree holder for change of name of the company. When the matter is called out we have heard the counsel for the applicant – decree holder. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner or judgement debtor.
Having heard counsel for the applicant and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the name of the decree holder has been changed from Tata Sky Limited to “Tata Play Limited" with effect from 19.1.2022 and the certificate of incorporation is also annexed with memo of the application at Annexure A/1.
In view of these facts, this M.A. is hereby allowed and disposed of.
The name of the decree holder is hereby permitted to be changed as "Tata Play Limited." Amended memo of the parties to Execution Application is already filed along with the M.A. which is taken on record.
As nobody appears for the judgment debtor, with a view to give one more chance to the judgment debtor, the matter is hereby adjourned to 22.11.2022.
