Judgment
Mr. Manas Arora appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Evidence Affidavits of the newly substituted A.R. were filed along with an M.A. bearing No.132 of 2022 for substitution of new A.R. The Evidence Affidavits of the new A.R. Ms. Lalita Singh is taken on record in terms of the Order dated 20.4.2022 of the Hon'ble Bench. Nobody appears on behalf of the Respondents. Four weeks time is granted to the Respondents for filing their Evidence Affidavits, if any. Further extension of time may be subject to cost. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents Mr. Nittin Bhatia as well as the Respondents through e-mail. Put up the matter on 16th August, 2022 for directions.
Later on, Mr. Nittin Bhatia appears on behalf of the Respondents who was apprised of the Order passed earlier. It was further pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents that the Petitioner be directed to serve a copy of the Evidence Affidavits on him. The Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the Evidence Affidavits electronically on the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents by Friday, the 15th July, 2022.
