The Petitioner is represented by the Ld. Counsel Ms. Abitha Banu and the Respondent is represented by the Ld. Counsel Mr. B.Ramana Kumar through video conferencing mode.

It is stated that the matter has been settled out of Court and to that effect a Memo for withdrawal of IBA/475/2020 has been filed in the Registry today (11.03.2022). The said Memo is taken on record.

Accordingly, IBA/475/2020 stands dismissed as settled out of Court.
