Judgment
This is an application filed by the Resolution Professional under Section 95 of the Code against the personal guarantor-Mr. Sanjay Mehra. Counsel seeks to pass an order as required under Section 96 & 97 IBC. We order to initiate Interim Moratorium under section 96 of code and further appoint Mr. Sunder Khatri to act as Insolvency Resolution Professional having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00437/2017-2018/11191, E mail ID: [email protected]. Mr. Sunder Khatri shall file its report within 4 weeks.
