The Court: Mr. Soham Bhattacharya, Regional Legal Manager of the decreeholder is present in Court and has submitted that he has been duly

authorized by the decree-holder to represent the company in this proceeding. Mr. Bhattacharya undertakes to file the letter of authorization in

course of the day along with a ‘no objection certificate’ from his advocate.

The judgment-debtor no.1 is appearing in person. He has produced a demand draft for a sum of Rs.40, 000/-. The said demand draft is handed

over to Mr. Bhattacharya in Court today.

The Registrar, High Court, Original Side, is directed to make over the demand draft of Rs.1 lakh to Mr. Bhattacharya on production of due

authorization certificate from the decree-holder.

The judgment-debtor no. 1 has stated on oath that the balance sum of Rs.1.60 lakhs shall be paid within one month from date. On such

consideration, the time to make payment of a sum of Rs.1.60 lakhs shall be paid by 7th May, 2018.

The matter stands adjourned till 11th May, 2018.

Since it is contended on behalf of the decree-holder that even after payment of the aforesaid sums further sums are due and payable, the judgment-

debtor no.1 on the adjourned date shall file an affidavit of asset in which he shall disclose the whereabouts of the asset in question.
